150 mm polished wafer is a wafer with high purity of silicon. After the single crystal silicon ingot is produced, the cylindrical single-crystal ingot is cut into thin slices. It is widely used in power devices, digital and analog integrated circuits and chips etc.

150mm Silicon wafers are key component in integrated circuits. PGO SEMI provides numerous standard 150mm silicon wafer options, also referred to as 6”silicon wafers/6inch silicon wafers,suitable for a wide range of applications.
